Rental Terms

Reservation

Properties are not reserved until a security deposit is received and cleared along with a signed contract from the renter and landlord. Click HERE for an NJ short term rental lease
 
The minimum term is 1 month and can be extended on a minimum two-week basis, notice of at least 2 weeks must be given before leaving the property.
 
The landlord reserves the rights to retain the property with a two-week notice

Service

All service calls must be requested through management, management can be reached at 732.523.7111 or online at https://www.gogroupnj.com/report/ Note if you will not be refunded if you call a service technician without written consent from management

Plumbing

Any apt that is below ground level are equipped with sum pumps which can be damaged if any wipes facial tissues or large object are flushed down the toilet if damaged cost of replacement is $1750 plus $200 service fee.   (As per the pump manufacturer) 

Parking

Tenants are asked to park on the other side of the road so block residents have their usual spots available.
